Dr. Jen Rumancik ND (Naturopathic Medicine)

Jennifer is grateful to have combined her personal passion for health, wellness and natural remedies into a career where she can collaborate with others to get to their personal best.
She was an academic scholarship recipient to the University of Regina, where she majored in Biology and double-minored in Biochemistry and Fine Arts, graduating with Honours. She later went on to pursue her Naturopathic Doctor, ND designation at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. Currently she is registered to provide IV therapy, ozone therapy, and provide injections (trigger point and prolo); she can prescribe pharmaceuticals and offers women’s wellness appointments, which include a full breast exam, pap smear and a consult around one’s menstrual history)
Conditions she commonly treats includes:
- Female health (PCOS, dysmenorrhea, fibroids, fertility, menopause)
- Pregnancy & Postpartum
- Indigestion (bloating, SIBO, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn)
- Sleep, stress, and skin disorders
- General health and well-being
Growing up on a prairie farm and working for many years as a botanist and conservationist has educated Jennifer on the healing powers of herbs, plants, and nature. She personally made and sold natural body-care products collecting many of the herbs from the prairies herself.
In her spare time, you can find her practicing yoga, playing volleyball or pickleball, reading, painting, or cooking. She also loves hiking and dreams about visiting as many national parks as possible in her lifetime.
