Jessie is passionate about helping people better understand their pelvic health and supporting them in returning to the activities that matter most to them without pain or limitations. She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing acute or chronic pain and values collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and partnership. Jessie works with clients to build a stronger mind-body connection, understand the factors contributing to their symptoms, and identify practical strategies that fit their unique goals, experiences, and needs. She believes that every person is different and adapts evidence-based treatment approaches accordingly.
Clients can expect to be heard, respected, and supported in a safe environment that provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care. Whether you have questions about movement, pelvic health, bladder or bowel concerns, pain, pregnancy, or postpartum recovery, Jessie strives to create a space where you can explore your concerns with confidence and feel empowered in your health journey.
